Set up a follow-up task for a patient, with a type, priority, assignee, and due date.

Fields
- Patient (required) — search and select
- Type (required) — one of 9 pre-defined follow-up types, each with a default duration:

| Medication Start Follow-up | 15 min | Checking on a patient after starting a new medication |
| Lab Result Review | 20 min | Reviewing and discussing lab results |
| Hospital Discharge Follow-up | 30 min | Post-discharge care and medication reconciliation |
| Medication Change Follow-up | 15 min | Monitoring the effects of a medication change |
| Chronic Disease Monitoring | 25 min | Regular check-in for chronic condition management |
| Adherence Check | 15 min | Checking medication adherence and addressing barriers |
| Refill Reminder | 10 min | Reminding a patient about a medication refill |
| Preventive Care | 20 min | Preventive health services and screenings |
| General Follow-up | 15 min | Anything that doesn't fit the above |
- Priority (required) — Low, Medium, High, Urgent, or Critical
- Assigned pharmacist — who's responsible for the follow-up
- Due date
After creating
The task appears in Follow-Up Tasks Dashboard & List as pending. From there it can be completed, converted to an appointment, or escalated.
