Converting a Follow-Up to an Appointment
Turn a follow-up task into a scheduled appointment on the calendar.

If a follow-up needs a proper scheduled visit rather than a quick check-in, convert it to an appointment directly from Follow-Up Tasks Dashboard & List.
Fields
- Date — defaults to today
- Time — defaults to 10:00
- Duration (minutes) — defaults to 30
- Type — defaults to General Follow-up, but can be set to any of the same 9 types used when creating the task
What happens
Confirming creates a real appointment — see Appointments & Scheduling — and the follow-up task is marked converted rather than staying open as a separate pending item.
