Booking a New Appointment
Schedule an appointment for a patient with a pharmacist.

- Patient (required)
- Type (required, 2–100 characters)
- Date (required) — must be today or later
- Time
- Pharmacist — or leave it to auto-assign, see Smart/AI Scheduling Suggestions
Three things can block a booking:
- Past date — "Cannot schedule appointments in the past."
- Double-booking — "Pharmacist already has an appointment at this time. Conflicting appointment:
{title}." - Wrong appointment type for that pharmacist — "Pharmacist is not configured to handle
