Managing a Therapy Plan
Save a drug you've looked up into a named plan with guidelines notes.

The Therapy Plan tab lets you save a drug lookup as a named reference plan, separate from a patient's actual medication record — this is a personal reference tool, not part of clinical documentation.
Creating a plan
- Look up a drug on any of the other tabs first — the plan captures whichever drug you currently have selected.
- Switch to the Therapy Plan tab and click New Plan.
- Enter a plan name (required) and optional guidelines notes.
A plan captures one drug at a time — whichever drug is currently selected when you create it. There's currently no way to add a second drug to the same plan or edit a plan's drug list afterward from this screen; save a separate plan per drug if you need to track more than one.
Deleting a plan
Remove a saved plan from the same list.
