Download a report — instantly for small ones, queued for large exports.

Each report has a Download button. For a small dataset, this downloads immediately. For a large export, it's queued in the background instead — check the export's status rather than expecting an instant file.

If Download doesn't produce a file right away, that's expected for a large export, not a failure — it's processing in the background.
