If this report ever looks unusually sparse — missing the age/gender/geography breakdowns you'd expect — it may have silently fallen back to a simpler count derived from MTR records instead of the full patient dataset. That's a real fallback path, not random data loss; the figures are still accurate, just less detailed than normal.
