How to use it
- Search or select a drug from the list of 30.
- Enter the patient's Child-Pugh class (A, B, or C) — or arrive here directly from a Child-Pugh Score result, which carries the class across automatically.
What the result shows
For the selected drug and class: the recommended dose (unchanged, reduced, or contraindicated at that severity), a note explaining why, and a monitoring recommendation specific to that drug.
Class C liver disease contraindicates a meaningful number of drugs outright — if you see a contraindication here, the next step is an alternative drug, not a smaller dose of the same one.
