Managing Conversation Participants
Add or remove people from a group conversation.

Add or remove participants from a group conversation, with a role assigned per participant (pharmacist, doctor, patient, admin). Direct conversations are locked to their original 2 participants and can't be edited this way.
Trying to act on a conversation you're not a participant in (or with a wrong-workspace ID) is rejected with "Conversation not found or access denied" — the same message appears across most conversation actions when this happens.
