Payroll: Running Payroll
Process payroll for all active employees for a given month.
Fields
- Month and year (both required)
Runs payroll for every active employee based on their recorded salary, into the bank details set on their employee record.
Payroll for a given month/year can only be run once — trying again is rejected with "Payroll for {month}/{year} already processed." Running payroll with zero active employees is also rejected — "No active employees found" — rather than silently producing an empty run.
