Define how much commission a staff member earns on sales.

- Staff member (required)
- Type (required) — percentage or fixed amount
- Value (required)
- Applies to — all sales (default), a specific category, or a specific product
A rule with Applies to: category or product only pays commission on sales matching that scope, not every sale the staff member makes.
