Managing strategies
Add or update strategies here the same way as when creating the intervention — the same type/description/rationale/priority fields and rules apply.
Assigning team members
Assign a role — Pharmacist, Physician, Nurse, Patient, or Caregiver — to a specific team member. Assignment status tracks separately as Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled.
Recording an outcome
Record the result as Improved, No Change, Worsened, or Unknown.
