Submitting an ADR to a Regulator
Send a completed ADR report to a regulatory body and record the confirmation.

Once an ADR report is complete, submit it to a regulator directly from the report or its list entry. Optionally record who you submitted it to and the regulator's report reference ID once you have one — both can be filled in later if you don't have them at submission time.
