Archive a Medication
Move a medication off the Current list without deleting its history.

Choose Archive on a medication to move it out of the patient's active list — for a medication that's been discontinued, completed, or is otherwise no longer current.
You can optionally note a reason when archiving, though it isn't required.
Archiving doesn't delete anything — adherence logs and change history stay attached, and you can bring it back any time from Archived Medications & Restore.
