Edit a Medication
Update any field on an existing medication using the same form used to add it.

Open a medication from a patient's Current or Archived list and choose Edit — it's the same dialog as Add a Medication, pre-filled, and every field is optional to change (you only need to touch the fields you're actually updating).
Every edit is recorded — see View Medication History to review exactly what changed and when.
