Upgrading for Medication Management
What you'll see if your workspace doesn't have an active subscription.

Medication Management is available on every plan, including the free Starter plan — it's not a feature you need to pay extra to unlock. What it does require is an active subscription: if your workspace's subscription has fully expired (past the 7-day grace period after non-payment or cancellation — see Cancelling Your Subscription), you'll see a prompt to resubscribe instead of the Medications pages.
If you see this prompt unexpectedly, check My Subscription — you likely need to resubscribe rather than upgrade to a specific tier.
