Patient Medication Settings

Starter+

Set reminder and monitoring preferences for a specific patient from their Medications tab. These override your workspace's system-wide defaults for this one patient.

Reminders

• Enabled — turn reminders on or off for this patient
• Reminder times — one or more times of day
• Method — email, SMS, or both
• Lead time — how many minutes before the scheduled time to send the reminder (0–120)

Monitoring

• Adherence monitoring — on/off
• Refill reminders — on/off
• Interaction checking — on/off
• Refill threshold — the stock percentage that triggers a refill reminder (0–50%)
• Report frequency — how often adherence reports are generated

Testing your settings

Use Send Test Notification to confirm reminders are actually reaching the patient before relying on them.
