Diagnostic Referrals lists referral documents tied to diagnostic cases, filterable by specialty and urgency.
The list itself works, but every action button on this page — Generate, Edit, Send, Download, and Delete — is currently non-functional. They're visible in the UI, but the requests behind them don't reach a real endpoint, so clicking any of them will fail. This isn't a permissions issue or something specific to your account; treat referral generation and sending as not yet available, and use another channel (email, phone, a printed note) to actually get a referral to a physician until this is fixed.

Browsing and filtering the referral list by specialty and urgency.
What to use instead, for now
Capture your reasoning for the referral in the review notes or clinical justification when approving the diagnostic result, and handle actually contacting the physician outside PharmacyCopilot until this page's action buttons are fixed.
