Reviewing Results
Approve, modify, or reject an AI diagnostic result before it becomes part of the patient's record.
Every AI diagnostic result needs a pharmacist's sign-off before it counts as anything more than a suggestion. This is that review screen.
What you see
The AI's full analysis, its confidence level, any red-flag alerts, and any drug-interaction alerts relevant to the case.
Approve
Accepts the result as-is, or with edits:
- Modifications — up to 2000 characters, if you're adjusting the AI's conclusion
- Review notes — up to 1000 characters
- Clinical justification — up to 1000 characters
Reject
- Rejection reason (required, up to 1000 characters)
- Review notes and clinical justification — same optional fields as approval
Reject vs. modify
If the AI's conclusion is mostly right but needs a correction, approve with modifications rather than rejecting — rejection is for results that shouldn't be used at all, not ones that need a tweak.
After approving
An approved result can be turned into a clinical intervention directly from here — category (e.g. drug therapy problem, adverse drug reaction, drug interaction, dosing issue, contraindication, medication non-adherence), priority, and a description of at least 10 characters.
