Pending Reviews is the queue of every AI diagnostic result that hasn't yet been approved or rejected — see Reviewing Results for what happens when you open one.
Filtering and sorting
- Priority — routine, urgent, or stat
- Confidence range — filter to results within a minimum/maximum AI confidence score
- Has red flags — show only results with flagged concerns
- Order by — oldest first (default), newest first, priority, or confidence
Queue stats
The page also shows workflow stats — average review time and the oldest pending result — so you can see whether the queue is falling behind, not just what's in it.
