Billing History & Invoices
Where to see every past payment on your account.
Your payment history lives on your Profile page, not on My Subscription — go to your profile and open the Subscription tab.
What you'll see
A table of your last 50 payments, newest first, each showing:
- Invoice number
- Date
- Amount and currency
- Status (Paid, Open, or another status if a payment didn't complete)
This is a real record of what you were actually charged — useful for matching against your bank/card statement.
The download button next to each invoice doesn't currently generate a PDF — clicking it won't produce a file. The list itself is accurate; only the download action isn't working yet. If you need a receipt for accounting purposes, use your payment confirmation email or contact support in the meantime.
If the tab looks empty or won't load
The Subscription tab also tries to load your current-plan summary and a usage snapshot alongside the payment history — those two pieces occasionally fail to load without affecting the payment list itself. If the payment table is empty even though you know you've paid before, refresh the page; if it stays empty, contact support with your account email.
