What each plan actually limits — team size, locations, storage, and API calls.
PharmacyCopilot doesn't currently show a live usage dashboard (like a progress bar toward your plan's limits) inside the app. This page is a reference for what each plan allows, so you know what to expect and when you might need to upgrade — check back here rather than looking for an in-app usage screen.

Patient records and clinical notes are not limited on any plan — only team size, locations, storage, API usage, and SMS reminder volume scale with your plan.
What happens if you hit a limit
If your workspace reaches a plan limit (for example, trying to add a 2nd team member on Starter, or a 2nd location on Pharmily), the action you're attempting will be blocked with a message explaining the limit — you'll need to upgrade to continue. There's no overage billing or automatic upgrade; you choose when to move to a higher tier from My Subscription.
