Cancelling Your Subscription
What actually happens when you cancel — the 7-day grace period, and when you actually lose access.
Cancelling is available from My Subscription — it's the same action as downgrading to the free Starter plan, since there's no separate "just cancel, don't downgrade" option. Only your workspace's Owner can do this.
What happens immediately
- You get a cancellation confirmation email.
- Auto-renewal is turned off — you won't be charged again.
- Your subscription enters a 7-day grace period.
During the 7-day grace period, you keep full access to everything your current plan includes — cancelling doesn't lock you out right away.
What happens after 7 days
If you haven't resubscribed by the end of the grace period, your workspace automatically moves to the free Starter plan's limits and features. You don't lose your data — patients, notes, medications, and everything else you've recorded stays in your account — you simply lose access to whatever your previous plan included that Starter doesn't (see Pricing & Plans Comparison for the exact feature difference).
Changing your mind
Resubscribe any time during or after the grace period from My Subscription — there's no separate "reactivate" flow, it's the same subscribe/upgrade action as starting fresh.
