Cancelling Your Subscription
What actually happens when you cancel — you move to the free Starter plan immediately.
Cancelling is available from My Subscription — it's the same action as downgrading to the free Starter plan, since there's no separate "just cancel, don't downgrade" option. Only your workspace's Owner can do this.
What happens immediately
- You get a cancellation confirmation email.
- Auto-renewal is turned off — you won't be charged again.
- Your workspace moves to the free Starter plan's limits and features right away — there's no waiting period.
There's no grace period. The moment you confirm cancellation, you lose access to whatever your previous plan included that Starter doesn't — you don't keep your current plan's features for any additional time.
You don't lose your data — patients, notes, medications, and everything else you've recorded stays in your account — you simply lose access to whatever your previous plan included that Starter doesn't (see Pricing & Plans Comparison for the exact feature difference).
Changing your mind
Resubscribe any time from My Subscription — there's no separate "reactivate" flow, it's the same subscribe/upgrade action as starting fresh.
