Entering & Reviewing Manual Lab Results
Currently unavailable from the web app — no results-entry screen exists yet.
This isn't available in the web app today. The "Enter/View Results" action on a manual lab order leads to a page that doesn't exist, and there's no other results-entry form anywhere in the web app for manual lab orders. This isn't a permissions issue — the screen simply hasn't been built yet, even though the backend fully supports submitting and retrieving results (up to 50 result values per order, review notes up to 1000 characters).
What to do instead
Record the result values in the patient's Clinical Notes for now, and treat the lab order's status (Requested → Sample Collected → Result Awaited → Completed) as the source of truth for where the test stands — see Viewing Order History & Status.
