Lab Interpretation is a separate system from manual lab ordering — this one takes lab results (typed in, uploaded as a PDF/image, or imported) and runs them through AI interpretation with therapy recommendations, reviewed and decided on by a pharmacist.
Layout
Three tabs:
- Results — recent lab results on file
- AI Cases — interpretation cases in progress or completed
- New Case — start a new interpretation, see Starting a New AI Interpretation Case
The interpretation workflow
Every case moves through a real pipeline: draft → pending interpretation → pending review → pending approval → approved → implemented → completed (or cancelled at any point). See Reviewing an AI Interpretation Case for the review step.

Requires the lab_integration:read permission (or super admin).
