Viewing Order History & Status
A patient's manual lab order history and status pipeline — with a known navigation issue.
The manual lab order widget on a patient's record shows their recent orders (the last 3) with a status pipeline you can follow at a glance.
Status pipeline
Orders move through 5 statuses in order:
- Requested
- Sample Collected
- Result Awaited
- Completed
- Referred
Clicking into an individual order, "View All Orders," or "Enter/View Results" currently leads to a page that doesn't exist in the app — you'll land on a not-found screen rather than the order's detail. This is a known navigation gap, not something wrong with your account or the specific order. The order and its status are still saved correctly; only the detail/results screens reachable from this history view are affected.
What still works
The status pipeline itself is accurate and updates in real time as the order progresses — you just can't currently drill into an individual order's full detail from this history view.
