Turn the problems you identified into a therapy plan with recommendations linked to each one.

Step 3 turns the problems identified in Step 2 into an actual plan.
Two things are required before you can move past this step: the plan must be linked to at least one drug therapy problem, and it must have at least one recommendation. A plan with recommendations but no linked problems (or vice versa) is rejected.
