Step 5 schedules follow-up activity based on what the review from Step 4 surfaced. It's the last step before the session is complete.
Scheduling a follow-up
- Type — Phone Call, Appointment, Lab Review, Adherence Check, or Outcome Assessment
- Description — up to 1,000 characters
- Scheduled date — must be a real date in the future; a past date is rejected
Completing the session
Once follow-up is scheduled, move on to MTR Summary & AI-Generated Report to close out the review.
