Beyond the workflow pages in this section, PharmacyCopilot's accounting module generates a standard set of financial reports:

Report	What it shows
Trial Balance	Every account's debit/credit balance, confirming the books balance
Profit & Loss	Revenue minus expenses over a period
Balance Sheet	Assets, liabilities, and equity at a point in time
Cash Flow	Cash movement over a period
General Ledger	The full transaction detail behind every account, across your whole chart of accounts
Receivables Aging	How much customers owe you, grouped by how overdue
Payables Aging	How much you owe suppliers, grouped by how overdue
