Creating a budget

Name (required)
Financial year (required) — see Financial Years List
Type — annual, quarterly, or monthly (defaults to annual)
Lines (at least 1) — each line is one account with a budgeted amount for every month of the year

Once set, compare against real spending with Budget vs. Actual.

Closing a Financial Year

Formally close out a financial year — a one-way action.
