Clinical Assessment Tab
Record point-of-care vitals and lab values for a patient, optionally tied to a specific visit.
Starter+
The Clinical Assessment tab records a focused snapshot of a patient's vitals and/or lab values at a point in time — lighter-weight than a full Visit note, and useful when you just need to log numbers quickly.
What you can record
Vitals:
- Blood pressure (systolic 50–300, diastolic 30–200)
- Respiratory rate (8–60/min)
- Temperature (30–45°C)
- Heart sounds (free text)
- Pallor and dehydration, each rated none/mild/moderate/severe
Labs:
- PCV (packed cell volume, 10–60)
- FBS (fasting blood sugar, 30–600)
- HbA1c (3.0–20.0)
- MCS, E/U/Cr, and FBC results as free text
- Any other lab value as a custom key/value entry
You must fill in at least one field from either vitals or labs — an empty assessment can't be saved.
An assessment can optionally be linked to one of the patient's visits, or recorded standalone.
