Delete / Deactivate Patient
Remove a patient from your active list — what actually happens to their records.

Choose Delete from a patient's row menu or profile to remove them from your active patient list.
What actually happens
This is a soft delete — the patient disappears from your patient list, search results, and exports, but their record (and everything attached to it: clinical notes, medications, visits, and so on) is not permanently erased from PharmacyCopilot's database.
There's no self-service "restore" button in the app today. If you delete a patient by mistake, contact support rather than re-adding them as a new record — a fresh record won't have their history attached.
