This patient's medication therapy review history, filtered to their profile.

The MTR Sessions tab on a patient's profile lists every medication therapy review carried out for that patient, with stats and a details view for each past session.
A patient can only have one active MTR session at a time — starting a new one is blocked while a previous session is still in progress.
Starting and working through a review is described in full in Medication Therapy Review — this tab is simply that patient's session history, pre-filtered.
