Formats

What's included
MRN, first name, last name, other names, phone, email, date of birth, gender, blood group, genotype, state, and address — up to 10,000 records per export, sorted alphabetically by last name.
Clinical data (notes, medications, visits, and so on) isn't included in this export — it's a demographic/contact export only.
The export respects your own visibility scope — if your account only sees patients you created or patients at your location, the export reflects the same scope, not the whole workspace.
