Edit Patient
Update a patient's demographics or contact details using the same 3-step form used to add them.
Starter+
Open a patient's profile and choose Edit to update their record. It's the exact same 3-step form as Add New Patient (Demographics → Contact Info → Medical Info), pre-filled with their current details — the same field rules and limits apply.
The MRN is never editable here — it's assigned automatically when a patient is created and stays fixed for the life of the record.
