A patient's full vitals history — combining what staff record and what the patient submits themselves.

The Vitals tab shows a unified, paginated history of vital signs for the patient — merging readings you record as staff with any the patient has submitted themselves (for example, through the Patient Portal, if enabled for your workspace).
Recording vitals
Add a new vitals entry directly from this tab. This feeds the same underlying record as the vitals captured in Clinical Assessment — use whichever entry point fits your workflow.
Browsing history
Results load 50 at a time, newest first — scroll or page through for older readings.
