Condition Management

Starter+

Manage conditions from the Conditions tab on a patient's profile.

Adding a condition

• Name — required
• SNOMED CT code — optional; use the search/autocomplete to find the standard clinical code for the condition rather than typing a numeric ID by hand
• Onset date — when the condition started
• Status — Active, Resolved, or Remission (defaults to Active)

Updating status

As a condition changes, update its status rather than deleting it — this keeps a complete history rather than losing the record that the patient once had it.
