Filling & Shipping a Requisition
Confirm quantities available at the supplying location, then send them.
Two distinct, sequential steps.
Filling
Confirm how much of each requested item the supplying location can actually provide — the filled quantity may be less than requested if stock is short. Accepted from requested or processing status.
Shipping
Once filled, ship the requisition — moves it to in transit.
Shipping requires the requisition to be in filled status first, and at least one item with a filled quantity — "No items with filled quantities to ship" if nothing was actually filled. You can't ship a requisition that's still just requested.
