Encounter List shows every chronic disease visit recorded in your workspace, most recent first.
Filtering and search
- Status — in progress, completed, or cancelled
- Date range
- Search — matches against the encounter number, or the patient's first name, last name, or MRN
Starting a new encounter
Click New Encounter to begin the 6-step wizard, or start one directly from a patient's Chronic Disease tab — both land in the same wizard.
Opening an encounter
Click any row to open its Encounter Detail — a read-only summary once the encounter is completed, or a resume point if it's still in progress.
