Applying an Unlimited Discount Override
A manager-level action to apply a discount past its normal usage limit.
If a discount has a usage limit and it's been reached, this action lets an authorized user apply it anyway — a deliberate override, not the default checkout behavior.
Permission
This is a distinct, elevated permission from general discount management — separate from creating or editing discount rules. Most staff who can apply a discount at checkout can't grant this override; it's meant for a manager-level exception, not routine use.
