Manager PIN Override

A manager's PIN authorizes an action a regular cashier can't approve alone.

Desktop only:

Desktop-only. When a cashier attempts an action requiring elevated permission — like Price Override or Applying an Unlimited Discount Override — a manager can enter their PIN right at the till to authorize it, instead of taking over the session entirely.
